Using Honda's well engineered F Series header, we cut off the F series flange and adapt the header to a K Series flange. This is by far our favorite option when K Swapping your S2000. The OEM Header is built extremely well, double wall for best heat management, never cracks, and just fits like an OEM part. Requires a good Core.
Finally, a complete Plug and Play wiring solution for your 00-05 S2000 Kswap. No jumpers, no adapters, and a base map included! ALL factory gauges work, AC pre-wired and setup in base map. Harness is all Tefzel wire, Raychem DR25, labeled and what most would call "MilSpec."
This is still to date, our preferred method of doing the Kswap into an S2000. This allows you to keep your factory Fuel system (FPR, rail, Injectors), Throttle Body, TPS, MAP, Idle Valve, IAT, and everything fits like factory. The only downside is you do have to do some trimming to fit your intake manifold. [See pics]. Includes: adapter plate, 6 allen head M8 bolts. Optional Hardware pack (more details below).

Want to use that stock S2000 header? This is our preferred choice when doing a 250hp or less K Swap. Cut off that F series flange, cut the two inner runners, clock them just a touch outwards, and weld that all back together. Do it all correctly and you have perfect OEM fitment.

Fluidampr for Honda K series Engines Part# 570601 If you know anything about K series engines you'll know how bad the harmonics are. We highly recommend putting one of these on EVERY K-series engines.
Moroso K series Road Race Baffled Steel Oil Pan. This is our pan of choice for heavily tracked S2000 K-swapped cars. Large capacity helps keep the oil temps stable and plenty of oil in the sump at all times. Must have Type S Oil pump conversion.
Skunk2 Alpha series 70mm Throttle body. B series fitment (same for 2000-2005 Honda S2000). Will fit the Kmiata Kswap Intake manifold. Uses B series TPS/MAP sensors. This has been the best budget throttle body we've used. We've seen many of the cheap throttle bodies stick and rattle apart. We've never had that issue with the Skunk2.
USDM K series Water Pump Housing. This is what you need to convert your JDM K24 engine to use the USDM Alternator and tensioner setup. The JDM Water Pump and thermostat housing will bolt right up to this. Also includes required OEM shortened stud when converting from a JDM housing to USDM housing.
Running the F series intake manifold on your K-swap? This is for you, moving the pulley further away and makes room for the TPS. Includes bracket, pulley, bearing cover, and hardware. Belt not included.
Want extra adjustability with that EP3 pulley? Maybe running a larger throttle body and want to move the pulley further away. Or having a hard time finding a properly fitting belt? This is the EP3 Kit you'll need! CNC cut from billet aluminum, then paired with an OEM Honda bearing cover, Gates 7rib pulley, and all new hardware. Belt not included.
